If i loose dongle what happens?

Can i share software, dongle, or any part of software with other my PC, with my friend or with any remote connection tecnology?
Unfortunetly not this is not allowed and if you not follow rules of software account will be closed.
If i not pay anual fee what happens?
Software is a service based on anual fee based and works online, so to work with our software you have to have active account and active subscription.
